AmbroseIf you're curious about shadow work and want to give it a try, Rio de ki's workshops are a great choice! She creates a really welcoming space to learn, get into your element, and walk away with value gained from the experience. It's a great balance of intensity and comfort, so you feel pushed to try something new and challenge yourself without feeling too vulnerable or put on the spot. It was great to celebrate the full moon with like-minded individuals and take time out to do something special for myself.

DavidBeing in the presence of rio during her classes you can tell that you are being led by someone deeply connected to the wisdoms of the past, the present, and beyond. There is an innate and ancient intuition that rio radiates, and she had also thoroughly studied the healing arts through different schools, institutes, and methods. And yet with all of this wisdom Rio stays humble and brings it back to earth in a very accessible, practical, and comfortable way. The reiki 1 and 2 classes that I took from rio have given me invaluable tools that I will continue to use for the rest of my life.

ClaudiaI've attended many of Rio's meditation/restorative yoga classes and i have to say, they are some of the best i attend! Not only is Rio knowledgeable and experienced but she possesses some of the most powerful energies. I can feel her work her magic through the screen, and I always feel super relaxed and renewed after every class. I would HIGHLY recommend trying a session with Rio if you wish to experience pure bliss!
