After over a decade of training, Rio fuses a variety of holistic practices to facilitate inner alchemy and the transmutation of energy through the mind-body connection.

​Rio is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Reflexologist, Craniosacral Therapist, Hypnosis Practitioner + Restorative/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She holds a B.A. in Religious Studies + Philosophy with a concentration on Eastern Religion + Esoteric Traditions.​

Rio is in the process of becoming certified as a Holistic Wellness Coach at the IAWP (International Association of Wellness Professionals).
