my life changed drastically when I started treating nutrition as an art. I noticeably feel lighter in my body, my heart, my gut. mindful eating is an intentional practice that synchronizes the gut-brain connection, aids in digestion and improves overall energetic well-being. I’ve struggled with gut issues and food intolerances for as long as I can remember.
